Great in sweet corn soy spinach curry flavor is formed. Soya lumps filled with spinach leaves and smelling the vegetable remains put Switcarn course you would like it.

Materials needed:
Switcarn - 150 grams (one cup)
Spinach - 750 grams (a little Bnc)
Soya (Dill Leaves) - 200 gm
Tomatoes - 3-4 (medium size)
Green chillies - 1-2
Ginger - 1 inch piece Lmba
Cumin - 1 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Salt - to taste (one teaspoon)
Red pepper - less than a quarter teaspoon (the tart to eat)

recipe:
Dndiyn chopped spinach aside. Wash and finely chop it. Soy also cut the stems, wash and finely chop. Wash the sweet corn.

Heat the pan. The cumin, fenugreek and coriander fry till light brown cast.
Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Wash the green peppers, remove the stems, wash and peel the ginger and cut it into even pieces. Now these three all put in a grinder and grind toasted spices.
